Close to Ninety Air Travels Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Allegedly Came to or from British Airports

Analysis has identified that nearly 90 aircraft journeys linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein allegedly touched down at and left UK airports, with some reportedly transporting women from the UK who claim they were victimized by the found guilty child sex offender.

Aviation Records Show Trail of Travel

These aviation records were part of a trove of court documents and papers released by Epstein’s estate that have been made public over the past year. The analysis uncovered 87 aircraft movements linked to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – landing or taking off from UK airports between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unidentified “females” were recorded among the individuals entering and exiting the UK. Significantly, 15 of these British airport journeys happened subsequent to Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for soliciting sex from a child.

“This is ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘full-scale UK investigation’ into his activities in the country,” said US lawyers acting for numerous Epstein survivors.

British Victims and Legal Proceedings

Evidence from one of the UK-based survivors helped convict Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. However, that victim has never been contacted by UK authorities, as stated by her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police indicated they had “not been provided with any further evidence that would support reopening the probe.” They commented, “If fresh and pertinent information be presented to us, including any arising from the release of material in the US, we will assess it.”

Continuing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

Proposed legislation to disclose every document held by the American government in relation to Epstein was approved by the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of files are expected to be released.

In a related development, a US judge ordered last week that the department could make public evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s long-term associate, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
