Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally included in this new photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
